What age is the head protector backpack for?
It's designed for babies who are learning to sit, crawl and walk, usually around 1 to 3 years old.
Is it a safety device?
No. It's a soft comfort cushion that adds padding behind your baby's head. It does not prevent all injuries and does not replace adult supervision. Never use it while your baby is sleeping, or in a crib, stroller or car seat.
What's the difference between Cloth and Mesh?
Cloth is a soft plush fabric. Mesh is more breathable, which is nice for warmer days. Both have the same soft cushion inside.
How do I clean it?
We recommend gentle hand washing with mild soap and cold water, then letting it air dry completely.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after that. You'll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible.
