About Us

Welcome to NovaMercant

At NovaMercant, we believe the early years are full of big moments: the first time your baby sits up, crawls across the room, or takes those wobbly first steps. Those moments also come with plenty of little tumbles.

That's why we created a small, carefully chosen shop of baby products that help parents feel a little calmer while their little ones explore. Our soft head protector backpacks add a padded layer behind your baby's head, so they can keep practicing and you can enjoy the moment.

What we care about

• Simple, useful products – we focus on a few items we believe in, instead of hundreds you don't need.
• Free shipping – free standard shipping on every order to the United States.
• Easy returns – 30 days to request a return.
• Real support – questions? Write to us and we'll reply within 24–48 business hours.

Thank you for being part of our story. We're happy to be a small part of your family's big moments.
